Attorney Hastings grew up in Chapel Hill. The triangle area and its people formed his values and shaped his identity. He still calls it home. After earning a degree in political science from the University of North Carolina, he attended William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law, one of the oldest and most respected legal institutions in the country. After graduating, he returned to North Carolina, passed the bar, and began fulfilling the promise he made to himself long ago—to serve the community that raised him by standing beside its people and businesses when their voices needed to be heard the most.
